Privacy Policy / Terms of ServicE

1. PERSONAL DATA

1.1 Customer data is processed by SkinTattooProtection in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information in the specifically dedicated section, called “Privacy Policy”.

2. SIGNATURE AND PROOF

2.1 SkinTattooProtection protects its Buyers’ personal information by providing a high level of security, but the Buyer also has a role in protecting their personal data. Specifically, the Buyer must maintain the security of their online transactions, for example by refraining from sharing their username (Buyer’s email address) and/or password with others and by changing their password regularly if it is no longer secure.

2.2 Use of the Buyer’s registration/login username and/or password constitutes proof of the Buyer’s identity and SkinTattooProtection’s right, upon confirmation of the Order by SkinTattooProtection, to demand the relevant amounts. SkinTattooProtection’s computer records will constitute proof of communications, Orders, and payments between the Parties.

2.3 SkinTattooProtection and/or its commercial partners will not be responsible in any way for the improper use and/or disclosure to third parties of the Buyer’s registration/login information.

2.4 Providing a credit card number and final validation of the Order constitute proof of acceptance of the Order and render the amounts indicated for the purchase of the products listed in the Order payable. The computer records stored in the computer systems of SkinTattooProtection and SkinTattooProtection’s partners will be considered proof of communications, Orders, and payments between the Parties.

3. RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 The Buyer declares to have full legal capacity and to enter into a purchase contract for the products and/or services on the Website in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale. SkinTattooProtection shall under no circumstances be required to verify the legal capacity of visitors and Buyers of the SkinTattooProtection Website.

3.2. SkinTattooProtection shall not be liable in any way for any violation of these General Conditions of Sale, even if foreseeable, attributable to the actions of a third party, the fault of the Buyer, the occurrence of a force majeure event or any other event that is not reasonably under the exclusive control of SkinTattooProtection.

3.3 The information and content available on the Website are provided “AS IS” (in the state in which they are found) and SkinTattooProtection provides no guarantee of any kind, either express or implied, in relation to the integrity, accuracy, timeliness, non-infringement of third party rights, availability, reliability or completeness of the information and content, including, but not limited to, information on the products, accessories or services appearing on the SkinTattooProtection Website and/or their suitability for a specific use. SkinTattooProtection will not be responsible in any way for improper use of the products and/or services by the Buyer and/or recipient of the Order, and in particular for the case of failure to comply with the instructions for use of the products. SkinTattooProtection will not be responsible in any way for any damage caused to the Buyer or third parties resulting from such non-compliant use.

3.4 SkinTattooProtection declines all liability for direct or indirect damages, whether foreseeable or not, resulting from and/or connected to the buyer’s use of the website. In the event that SkinTattooProtection is held liable for damages suffered by the buyer solely attributable to the placement of an order, such liability will be limited to the amount of the order paid by the buyer to SkinTattooProtection.

4. DURATION AND POSSIBLE CHANGES

4.1 These General Conditions of Sale, as amended from time to time, will apply for the entire time the products are offered for sale on the SkinTattooProtection website and until the expiration of the legal and contractual guarantees. For further information, please contact Customer Service.

4.2 SkinTattooProtection reserves the right to modify and update the General Conditions of Sale without notice. To be informed of such changes, SkinTattooProtection recommends that the Buyer, and any user in general, read these General Conditions of Sale regularly. The purchase of products on the Website will be subject to the General Conditions of Sale in effect at the time the Order is placed. The changes will not apply to Orders already sent and accepted by SkinTattooProtection.
